How to make quick and tasty bhel.


Bhel puri is light savoury Indian snack. It is a street food famous in Mumbai, Gujarat, and in Kolkata as  (jhal muri). It is made of puffed rice, sev, vegetables, and sweet & spicy chutney's. It has a crunchy texture to it and it can be made of two types dry bhel and wet bhel. So let's get started.
1. First of all take a packet of puffed rice   
in a mixing bowl.       
2. Add boiled potato, onion, tomato, green 
chillies and coriander.
3. Now add spicy green coriander or mint chutney as u like, add tamarind chutney and toss them well. Add as per you need or it can get soggy. 
4. Lastly add sev, masala chana, roasted peanuts and papdis as it tends to get soggy. Always add the crispies towards the end.
5.Don't forget to squeeze a lemon.

   ( Tip:You can try tomato sauce instead of tamarind chutney.)
